"Covid-19 Update and WWFP"

Following graduation from Newman University in 1978, Mike Ludlow attended KU Medical School, graduating in 1982. He then completed residency at Via Christi St. Francis where he was 1st year Resident of the Year, and Chief Resident his 3rd year.  Dr. Ludlow has practiced at West Wichita Family Physicians from 1985 to present.  He has been married to his wife, Carm, since 1979. They have 3 children and 5 grandchildren that he enjoys immensely!

Today, Mike will be sharing updates on Covid-19 and a little bit about their WWFP practice to state what's new and different there.

COVID precautions taken at our meetings...
Please wear a mask at our meeting except when seated to eat. Our buffet will be served by the RHCC staff and the tables will be spread apart in the room with a limit of 6 per table. We have a zoom option for those who are unable to attend in person.  
NOTICE to those attending via zoom: a NEW access link will be sent out to you so you will need to use it to access our meeting.
UPCOMING EVENTS
Saturday, November 21
Our Thanksgiving crew will meet at Dillons, Central & West, at 9:00 a.m. to buy groceries to deliver to needy families. We need two more volunteers to help. If you are available, please let Diane know.

Buffet line opens at 11:45 a.m.

We will have our regular buffet with a holiday dessert to celebrate the season and will continue to practice covid precautions. Reservations for ALL MEMBERS and GUESTS are due by November 24. We will have our Angel Tree tags available at that meeting. Members can choose what they would like to purchase, wrap it (without a bow!) and return it to our December 8 or 15 club meeting.

Holiday Raffle: Sharon West drew a Queen and won $15.00 last week. The pot this week will be worth over $143 of an Ace is drawn. Proceeds from the raffle are used to purchase groceries for needy families at Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Members who are joining us via zoom can participate in the Holiday raffle! Details to follow.
