 WINE DINNER EVENT UPDATE
Members of our Wine Dinner committee met last week to discuss the future of this year’s event, and the decision was made to not proceed this year. Concern about potential spread of the virus at such an event was a factor in the decision, but the challenges of securing donations and sponsorships while so many businesses are struggling was also a leading consideration.

The next step in the discussion process will be to determine how and when the event will return in 2021. Since we will not have it this fall, perhaps it makes sense to explore a spring event next year. Rest assured that the committee will soon be exploring options, and we will get that information out to our club members and other stakeholders as well.

Thanks to everyone for your understanding, and the amazing support you have given this event through the years. Our committee is looking forward to more success next year.

Colin McKenney
Event Chair
