David Phillips is the founder of Brand 316 (www.brand316.org), a Christ-centered prison ministry based in Wichita, Kansas. With a heart for second chances and a commitment to reducing recidivism, David leads Brand 316 in providing personal, professional and spiritual development to those incarcerated and recently released.

 

Brand 316 operates both inside correctional facilities and in the community through reentry housing, mentorship programs, job readiness training and discipleship. The ministry focuses on real transformation, equipping men with the tools, support and faith needed to rebuild their lives and thrive long-term.
