TODAY'S MEETING
Feb 15, 2022 12:00 PM
Rotary District 5680 Refugee Project

Kathy Sexton served the past 16 years as Derby City Manager and just retired in December. Her peers around the state honored her in December with the highest award in the profession, the Buford Watson, Jr. Award for Excellence in Public Management. She recently completed a term on the Visit Wichita board of directors and currently serves on the board of the Rotary Club of Derby. Just as she was about to begin her sabbatical from paid employment, district Rotary leaders asked her to lead a new effort to muster the resources of nine area Rotary clubs to help welcome several hundred refugee families to south-central Kansas. Today, Kathy will talk about our Rotary District's Refugee Project.

THANK YOU RECEIVED...
(Our club sent a donation of $182 from our Birthday drawing project.)
Thank you for your compassionate gift.
Somewhere in the Hilltop neighborhood a family knows that someone cares, that someone is you.
Perhaps they received assistance from our food pantry, help with an overdue utility payment, or received a bus pass. Your donation to Dear Neighbor Ministries provides encouragement and hope for those in unfortunate circumstances.
Your thoughtful gift is sincerely appreciated!
Sincerely,
Brenda Wasinger
Director of Development

The 4-Way Test of the things we think, say or do:
