ROTARY AWARENESS DRAWING
We are reinstating our Rotary Awareness drawing as an incentive and reminder for members to promote Rotary - not only on Tuesdays at our meetings - but every day! Here's how it works: if you are wearing any type of Rotary attire, such as your Rotary lapel pin, tie, shirt, etc., you will be eligible for a drawing at the end of the meeting. The member whose name drawn, and is present wearing some type of Rotary attire, will win a Rotary reusable shopping bag or a Rotary decal to display in your car window. Mark Hansen was our lucky winner last week!
Rotary Camp Pop-Up 2021
Tuesday, June 1 - Wichita, KS
"New Beginnings: We’re All in this Together"
RYLA stands for "Rotary Youth Leadership Awards" and it is a camp that provides an opportunity for high school age students to discuss the possibilities and responsibilities of being a servant leader, and highlights what Rotary is doing in different communities! Throughout the camp students will learn about themselves and others, and about motivation and teamwork. The students will discover that he or she cannot be a leader without being a servant first.

The deadline for the District scholarship has passed, but our club has a few scholarships still available if you know a student who would benefit. The one-day camp cost is $120. Our scholarships are $100 so the student would be responsible for paying the remaining $20. The deadline for application and payment is this Friday, May 14.

When people connect with Rotary, their potential to make a difference in the world grows exponentially. That’s because they’re gaining access to a network of over 1.2 million people of action – from all over the world who share a goal of improving people’s lives.
