Westlink Branch Library
Tracie Partridge is the Manager of the Westlink Branch Library of the Wichita Public Library system.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Wichita State University and a Master’s degree in Library Science from Emporia State University.  Tracie has worked for the Wichita Public Library system for 24 years.  She started as a Clerk at the Westlink Branch in 1998.  After a couple of months, she received a full-time position as a Library Assistant in the Central Library Children’s Room where she eventually served as the Children’s Room Manager.  Tracie left the Children’s Room when offered the position of Manager of the Westlink Branch Library, her childhood library.

Tracie’s presentation will focus on the Westlink Branch’s upcoming expansion and remodeling project.  She will share what’s possible at the branch’s temporary site at Central and Ridge.  She will ensure that attendees are aware of the new resources and services that the Library continues to add.  Tracie will conclude her presentation by issuing library cards to interested parties.  Identification with proof of address is needed.

NEW MEMBER PROFILE
Jodi Barnwell
I was born and raised near Americus, KS and graduated from Emporia State University in 2008 with a Bachelor's of Science in Health Promotion and minors in Sports Recreation and Physical Education.  After college, I accepted a full-time position with the company I started with part-time back in 2005, HealthWorks, Inc.  This position was created to work with our largest client, Westar Energy and for 12 years I worked as a Wellness Specialist and Wellness Director creating and implementing corporate wellness programs for them.  In 2016, the contract with Westar Energy ended and I went to work in
administrative support and finance at Goddard High School and while continuing to work part-time for Healthworks, Inc.
Today, I am still part-time with HealthWorks, Inc, but stay busy at home managing our home and our four children's interests while supporting my husband as our family-owned business, Keystone Solid Surfaces continues to grow. We have four children, ages 13 (Lilah), Luke (11), Quinn (4), and Collyns (2).  We love spending time on the lake tubing and swimming and recently took up wake-boarding.  We stay busy with cheerleading, baseball, basketball, and all things that come with having a large family.  We root for the Kansas Jayhawks but recently became open to being Texas Tech fans as we now have family on their coaching staff for their basketball team, but that is still to be determined as we bleed crimson and blue!
