Logan Bradshaw works at United Way of the Plains as the Director of Community Impact. In this role, Logan manages relationships with community partners and lead United Way initiatives with a focus on education and youth opportunity.
Logan has over eight years of experience in city government, community relations and project management. She brings a solid foundation in community engagement and a deep commitment to public service to this role. She holds a Master of Public Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Psychology, both from Auburn University.

SATELLITE CLUB INDUCTS STEPHANIE MOUSE
WELCOME TO ROTARY! Stephanie Mouse is the newest member of the Satellite Club. Stephanie grew up in the small western Kansas town of Lakin, where her father served as a school principal. His example inspired and encouraged her to pursue a career in education. She went on to spend 37 years teaching in the Goddard School District, including 12 years as a sixth-grade teacher and 25 years teaching physical education. Along the way, she also had the opportunity to coach basketball and cross country. After 37 years of keeping kids moving—and trying to keep up with them—she decided it was finally time to retire!
Retirement, however, hasn’t exactly meant sitting around. Stephanie stays busy delivering firewood and spreading mulch for people—because apparently, she didn’t get enough exercise during her 37 years of teaching PE! When not working, you can usually find her running, camping, fishing, or spending time with friends and family. Stephanie believes life is meant to be enjoyed, and is happiest when outdoors, staying active, and surrounded by good people.

The Satellite Club has enjoyed holding monthly meetings at Chico's Restaurant. The September 16 meeting marked the close of Chico's, but it wasn't without some celebration with cupcakes. The October 21 Satellite Club meeting will be held at their new monthly location at Big Biscuit, 2330 N. Maize Rd.
PASSION FOR LITERACY: Paul Blissett invited Alron and Al Schneider to last week's meeting. Al (center) is in the 10th Grade and is interested in writing books and shares his love for literacy throughout the community. What a great way to focus on education and literacy for Rotary this month!
