The Rotary Foundation
The Rotary Foundation (TRF) is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation that supports the efforts of Rotary International to achieve world understanding and peace through international humanitarian, educational, and cultural exchange programs. It is supported solely by voluntary contributions from Rotarians who share its vision of a better world.
Contributions made to TRF are tracked and accumulated by Rotary International. You can register at to make on-line contributions or give a check to Monty Allen, our club’s Foundation Chair, and she will mail it in.
Anyone who contributes $100 or more per year to the Annual Programs Fund will be recognized as a Sustaining Member. As an incentive to our members: Any member who contributes $100 or more to The Rotary Foundation during a Rotary year (July 1 - June 30) will be eligible for a drawing to win a week’s stay at the Bowles’ Colorado house.
Anyone who contributes $1,000 or more (can be cumulative) to the Annual Programs Fund may become a Paul Harris Fellow. Each new Paul Harris Fellow receives a commemorative certificate and a Paul Harris Fellow pin. Subsequent $1,000 levels receive a corresponding PHF pin as a recognition.
Contributions will go into the Annual Fund or can be earmarked for Polio Plus.
The Rotary Foundation transforms your gifts into service projects that change lives both close to home and around the world. Since it was founded more than 100 years ago, the Foundation has spent more than $4 billion on life-changing, sustainable projects in our communtiy and around the world.
What impact can one donation have?
For as little as 60 cents, a child can be protected from polio.
$50 can provide clean water to help fight waterborne illness.
$500 can launch an antibullying campaign and create a safe environment for children.
